Bell Canada Forcing former CTV Management to Resign

Bell Canada has repurchased CTV, I believe this is for the second time. After implanting Bell staff, with limited television experience into key positions, the "carnage" began. Bell deliberately set about to make the working lives of the old CTV staff  a living nightmare. Old staff were (are) hounded and driven to resign because Bell Canada has no intention of honouring the labor laws of Canada. If you resign you are not offered a "package". I believe it stands at 2 weeks pay for each year employed. This means either you stay and put up with horrendous treatment or you resign and forgo severance. This is a gap in the labour laws in this province and I would like to see Premier Mc Guinty enquire into the labour practices exhibited by Bell Canada (CTV) and probably other large Ontario corporations.

I have no love for either Bell Canada or CTV but the mistreatment of staff should be examined by the Ministry of Labour of Ontario. This should become a priority of the Government of Ontario. I believe a court case should be brought in the Superior Court of Ontario, Toronto to examine Bell's labour practices and make a legal ruling on same in order to protect those workers.
