Christmas should be all about family. We should remember those we have lost and revel in the new births of the year. We should tell stories of the past keeping our family alive and vital.

The holiday is not about God or Jesus. It is simply a time to remember all of our family and their life stories. Have a great reunion of family or if not possible, take a few minutes to remember those who have passed over the year.

The Toronto Police Force's culture and system must be smashed. The Toronto Police Force is a "military unit". It is a "military unit" out of the control of the citizens of Toronto and their elected officials. The force's main objective is to protect their own...not to Serve and Protect Torontonians. This protection is exhibited in many ways. If a police officer has a car accident on duty 12 police arrive at the scene; if an officer on duty breaks the rules (commits a crime) evidence disappears or is added to protect the officer involved. As a result the public has no respect for the police force; especially, when 5 officers (McCormack being one) are charged with criminal acts and after 10 years the case is not brought to trial by the Attorney General. The 5 are then set free under the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. The Toronto Police Force is a military unit and has been out of control for decades.

I say again....The Toronto Police Force's culture and system must be SMASHED and rebuilt under the control of the voting public,

Toronto Police are NOT RESPECTED

Police Chief "Uncle Tom" went on television begging the people of Toronto to assist the police in solving violent crimes in Toronto. This is the same police force that treated protesters during the G20 as animals and breached the Charter of Rights and Freedoms as if it did not exist; the same police force that has murdered and assault 100's of citizens over the years with impunity from conviction.

The police force was "carding" the same people they now seek help from....In addition, the President of the police Union (McCormack) should be in jail for car theft perpetrated as a police officer years ago. Due to his father having been an old Police Chief and the police "culture" that exists in the force he was never brought to trial in the matter.

Help The Police..... never! The force should be completely revamped with an elected Police Chief responsible to the people of Toronto for any/all actions taken by the force. Respect is earned! Police all over North America are learning that lesson the hard way. 

Police Bust Car Theft Ring Similar to Mike McCormack's Past

Mike McCormack, the son of a former Police Chief and presently the President of the Toronto Police Association, "could be" into car theft and sale of high end cars shipped from Toronto to South Africa. I say "could be" because I have no proof of his involvement; however, these new thefts and methods are those used in the past by McCormack (while a police officer).

Toronto Police announced today arrests were made in the alleged high end car theft ring. If I was investigating this case I would contact McCormack for his insight in the matter.... considering his past.

Mayor Tory's Property Taxes Plus Transit, Garbage and Water Rates Increases

If the Toronto Council votes in favor of any motion to increase service rates and property taxes, they will be kissing their political positions goodbye. Mayor Tory has decided to inform the public just before Christmas of his money grab. If we tie in the sale of Hydro One to the above home owner new costs it will force seniors to sell their homes as they live on fixed incomes. Presently, seniors are barely able to survive. This will break their financial backs.

Mayor Tory has spent our tax money like a drunken sailor. This is the one and only time that I will give Rob Ford credit for warning us about Mayor Tory's past public spending record.

There is nothing we sheep can do about the situation but wait 3 years and vote them out of office.

You see its voting these bastards into office in the first place that we made our mistake.

Forcillo's Partner Testifies In His Defense

Forcillo, the police officer who murdered a child on a streetcar, watched as his partner testified today. She testified that she immediately realized the boy would be shot (due to his anttics and holding a knife). This women has 24 years experience with the police force. This experience consists of 20+ years riding a desk and was a virgin street cop at the time of the murder. In addition she testified that after the first volley of shots (hollow point ammunition) she saw (only) his legs  twitching and she assumed he was trying to crawl to the back door. From this observation she said the second volley was justified....."and pigs fly" says I. When quizzed as to why she made changes in her official report she stated....."I made some mistakes and wanted to correct my report".

She deliberately lied on the stand; there is no doubt in my mind. Believe me, if you were hit by a hollow point at ten feet, your legs would twitch too. This was murder!!!!!

KILLER BULLETS Used by Officer Forcillo

When being interviewed by the media, concerning the murder on the streetcar of a child by Officer Forcillo, a police officer was asked if he wasn't concerned that a fired round might injure the public at large. The officer explained that all officers use "hollow point", "mushroom", rounds. On impact these rounds widen, lose inertia.

These rounds are outlawed by the United Nations. Their use is considered a war crime. These rounds enter the body, widening on contact, and smashing their way through the body. These rounds were and are considered murderous. Any round striking the body, at centre mass, will drop the target on contact.

I ask you the public why an officer would fire nine (9) rapid rounds of hollow points under the circumstance exhibited during the above conflict.

To me and others this is murder....First degree murder.

Forlorn Hope...Election October 19th,2015

Drop Your pants or lift your skirts my friends as we are about to get screwed. PM Harper is selling his Trans Pacific Trade Pact all over Canada; however, other members of the trade agreement resisted Canadian entry. Apparently, Harper made some crude and bigoted remarks against President Obama prior to Obama's first election. Obama was/is furious!

President Obama has ignored PM Harper at every event they both attended. As a result of Harper's remarks,  Obama was against Canada entering into the trade pact agreement. As a result Harper (Canada), to be accepted into the Trans Pacific Trade Pact, had to sell us out.; he had to make them an offer they could not refuse. He sold Canada out so he could trumpet the pact agreement during the election. To prove this point, Harper is withholding the terms of said pact until after the election is over. What a bastard!

Granted we are born ignorant but I ask you, "Why do we not revolt against these lying bastards?"
All these people, running for political office, are pure scum. But as usual we will do nothing!

SYRIAN IMMIGRANTS COMING TO CANADA IS ILL ADVISED

The most natural response by Canadians is to rush to assist Syrian men, women and children and bring them to Canada. In the real world however we must consider who these people are. Getting reliable personal information on these refugees would be impossible.

If I was a member of ISIS I would see this as a great opportunity to plant sleeper terrorists agents into Europe, Canada and the USA. I am glad that I do not have to make this decision. But, I assure you that those that are selected to enter Canada should be scrutinized to the nth degree. This takes time.

I wish the best to all of these displaced people and hope a plan can be devised to see to their health and their needs.

Justin Trudeau is The "Second Coming"

Pierre Trudeau was a Liberal Prime Minister in the day.

 In his youth, Pierre during WWII, rode around Montreal on a motorcycle wearing a German  helmet. He refused to enter the Canadian Forces. Canadians being what they are voted liberal and Pierre became Prime Minister. In his 40s he realized he needed an heir and married Margret, a 22 year old young women and had two sons. Both these sons were born on December 25th of different years.

Pierre wanted to continue his line and I guess with the assistance of his doctors induced Margret in her pregnancy so the boys were born on Christmas day, the recognized birth date of Jesus. To say the man was strange would be an under statement.

Bill-C51, Carding, G 20, Right To Open Our Mail

Politicians and police over the last few years are feeling very vulnerable. For the first time they fear being murdered by a lone wolf or a terrorist. As a result we citizens are being forced into a smaller and smaller personal space with fewer and fewer freedoms and rights. Just look around! Cameras are everywhere i.e. cabs, buses, subways, street corners, public buildings etc, etc. not to forget GPS. There is nowhere to go and not be photographed or our location known (cell phones).

Actually we are in a prison of our own making. Everyone seems to be apathetic. We are not revolting over this treatment and only a few protest on the street or on the web. We have earned the loss of our rights and freedoms out of pure cowardice.

I am 72 years old and in failing health. I refuse to blog on this topic again as no one is listening and no one really gives a damn.

Police Chiefs Of Canada Seek To Open Our Mail

According to news reports on Sunday, Canadian Police Chiefs are asking the Federal Government to allow the police to intercept and open all mail. They want this right to stop drugs and weapons being mailed to anyone in Canada from any source. In addition they wish to read our letters in regard to terrorist activities.

I am interested in receiving your thoughts on this matter. I could fill a book as to the reasons why I am against such a request but, I would like your ideas. If this keeps up there will be an internal armed conflict in Canada.

Toronto Police Escape Justice

Well after years of waiting the public heard last week that no one of consequence will be held to blame for the Stalinist tactics used by the police during the G 20 in Toronto.

One day the people of this city will leave the house to vote, only to be stopped by a police person wielding an assault rifle, ordering us to return home.

The people must demand that the police force be restructured, to include an elected Chief of Police. If we do not demand change then we deserve to have our children murdered, beaten and arrested illegally, etc. by the "blue bullies" of Toronto.

Mayor Tory Is Paying Off the The Ralph Lean Boys

Mayor Tory has been calling poverty since he was elected. In the last month Tory has initiated new projects costing $1Billion i.e. TCHC repairs, Gardiner Expressway Hybrid and the Don River mouth naturalization project. These are capital expenditures necessitating contractors in each case to complete said projects. No doubt in my mind the contractors are Cassels Brock clients and donators to Mayor Torys campaign for mayor.

Some how the TTC subway expansion priority must have disappeared from Torys agenda. If he is waiting for Harpers promised monies he can forget it as Harper will not be around after the Federal Election this fall.......... So why is he initiating a $1Billion expenditure as stated above???

Pan Am Games Will Be A Financial Disaster

With the former Premier of Ontario, Peterson (senior partner with Cassels Brock Law Firm) being the President of the Pan Am Games, it is a fore gone conclusion that the games will lose money. Peterson is seen as being connected to the Russian Mafia and left politics under a cloud of criminal charges.  He is a partner in the legal firm Cassels Brock and good friends with Ralph Lean also a partner in the same firm. Ralph Lean is the president of the Toronto Waterfront Committee which is, at present, 100% over budget. Both men are friends of Mayor Tory. Also Cassels Brock clients "donate" millions of dollars to selected city politicians during the city elections i.e. Mayor Tory being one of those "selected politicians".

People of Toronto this city is run and financially exploited by a "fraternity" of criminals who spit in our faces and laugh all the way to the bank with our money.

Please Vote New Democratic Party In Upcoming Federal Election

Both the Conservative and Liberal Parties were in favour of and voted for Bill- C51. This bill destroys the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. This bill in turn increased police forces attempts,all across Canada, to push for "Carding".

The N.D.P. are an unknown entity yet, they have proven they are an acceptable alternative as shown by their vote in the last Federal Election and the recent election in Alberta (a stunner). If the N.D.P. win the next Federal Election it will be like a breath of fresh air. Our rights and freedoms, at this point in time, will be restored to us if we invest in the N.D.P.

I have no party affiliation. The above is my choice in the next election.

CARDING IS ILLEGAL IN ANY FORM

"CARDING" No Matter How It Is Presented To The  Public "IS ILLEGAL". The Police and Mayor Tory are very aware that the practice of Carding is a breach of the CHARTER.

If the police attempt to stop you just walk away. Do not talk to them just keep walking. You do not have to talk to them no matter what the police, the Mayor, or the Premier of Ontario say. Police have no right to stop you unless you are under investigation for a crime.

As the ex OPP officer, now a traffic adviser on CP24, says, "Know your Rights!". If you give the powers that be an inch they will end up taking a mile. Your rights of privacy and freedom must be protected at all cost!!

Hybrid Solution Passed By Toronto City Council re: The Gardiner Expressway

Toronto City Council today completely ignored their city planners and engineers and accepted the hybrid solution for the Gardiner Expressway. Twenty four of forty five city council members trashed the "Boulevard" solution as put forward by their planning professionals. This is not the first time nor will it be the last time that city council has decided not to accept the professional advice of their staff and have proceeded with a "politically" (in)vested solution.

Mayor Tory Ignores City Staff re: Gardiner Expressway

Mayor Tory has vetoed the advice of  professional city planners and traffic engineers. Their advice is to accept a "boulevard" solution. Mayor Tory, having no education or experience relevant to this planning decision, is seeking a "Hybrid" solution to an aging Gardiner Expressway. This is to be voted on by City Council today. This decision is the most important vote this year.

The more you look at Mayor Tory's voting record at council the more you will realize that something other than the advice of professional planning staff is guiding his choices. I accuse Mayor Tory of bending to the will of outside contractors. These contractors are clients of Cassel's Brock law firm and Ralph Lean. Mr. Lean refers to himself as "the king maker"; a name he gets from the amount of money his clients "donate" to city election candidates for their elections.

The Hybrid solution is a "joke" that the city will pay for year after year.

MAYOR TORY BRING DOWN THAT EXPRESSWAY!!!

CARDING   is a Breach of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms

Mayor Tory and Chief of Police Saunders, by their own statements, are attempting to mandate breaching the "Charter". The "Charter"is a Federal Government mandate i.e. edict. Both Tory and Saunders are breaching federal law. Neither of these men can order (legally) the introduction of "Carding". They both do not have the popular consent of the people of Canada nor the Parliament of
Canada to implement the stopping of Canadians to collect their personal information.

The City of Toronto, Mayor Tory and Chief Saunders are therefore open to charges in Federal  Courts. The implementing of "Carding" will most definitely be challenged in court by me or other patriotic groups/citizens. Mayor Tory has dared to exceed his mandate as Mayor of Toronto by his actions and should most definitely be recalled and a new election set. Also, this is why I advocate that the Police Chief of Toronto be elected....not appointed by City Council.

Police Across North American Are Sweating

In the past month "the people" have now voiced what we have known all along. Police are killing our children! The culture within police forces is not only alarming but deadly. Many cases of police killing citizens without cause are very public so I see no reason to emphasize the matter.

My blog over the past years has constantly hammered the police force to no avail. Over and over I have stated that the Toronto Police Force are basically serial killers. The police believe they run the city and the population are "the enemy". They are aware that little to no action will be taken against them in the event of a killing. They call each other "brother and sister". The population are thought of as "criminals or those about to become criminals". We have created a monster in our midst.

The problem being, "How do we correct the problem"? City Council will not act against the police force for obvious reasons.

"Uncle Tom" Saunders has become the New Chief of Police of Toronto

Chief Saunders says " carding" is for the safety of the community. In my day they called it "rousting" or "intimidation tactics". "Carding" is simply a way for police to exert power over a community.....to show them who is in charge. How many people are willing to give up their personal liberties for Chief Saunders word that "carding" is for the safety of the community?

So far in his TV appearances he is addressed only the black community. He has said nothing of the corrosive nature of the existing police "culture" nor has he mentioned the police shooting of mentally disturbed members of the community. He says he wants to hear from the community about needed changes before commenting as to the above problems.

"Come on Chief Saunders"! Who the hell are you kidding? Its time to be a man and not the "token black Marshall in town"!   

Toronto Police Chief, Bill Blair Was Fired!

Chief Bill Blairs contract was not renewed by the City of Toronto. In other words he was fired. During the ten years he acted as chief he was guilty of abuse of power, obstruction of justice, illegal arrest and detainment of hundreds of people (G20), and allowing his force to beat, harass and even murder citizens of Toronto with impunity.

No matter where ever he goes, no matter what ever he does he will always remember what kind of scum he was during his term as the Chief of Police of Toronto. Parades, parties and handshakes will never wash away his true character. He will carry this through out the rest of his miserable life.

Mr. Blair is reported to be headed to the Scarborough Hospital Foundation as a member of their Board of Directors. I suggest that he take advantage of such a placement and seek help at the hospitals psychiatric department.

Goodbye Mr. Blair! Hell awaits your arrival. 

Airbus 320 Crash in French Alps (UPDATE)

Update:April 14/15...US/FAA announced today that commercial jetliners can be hacked in flight by a passenger with a lap top or from the ground. The plane can literally be hijacked in flight leaving the pilots as passengers. This answers my question described below. The Malaysian flight that is still lost comes to mind.

At 72 years of age computers to me are science fiction. I took the Environmental Studies course a York University ( the first time it was offered...around 1969) and we were still using punch cards at that time. So I'm limited in computer sciences.

I have a question for the people in the know. Is it possible for the computer on a commercial airliner to be "hacked" in flight? Is it possible for the flight crew to lose all control of the aircraft thus becoming passengers with no ground communication available to them? I ask this as the last three crashes have been suspicious. Also, a pilot can fly a drone over Afghanistan from Washington. D.C. and destroy a target on the ground. Does it therefore follow that a commercial aircraft can be "hacked" in flight?

Toronto Police Ambush

On Saturday March 21 I just avoided a police ambush while on Woodbine at Danforth . This is nothing new for me and Bill Blair. He has been doing this off and on since 2,004. I have been kicked in the chest on a TTC bush along with many other police games. All of these ambushes are bent on getting me to retaliate and thus end up in jail.

I write this just to leave a written record of these attacks in case they finally get lucky. I could go on and on about these attacks but to do so would be a waste of your time. This message is for you the reader.... to understand what awaits you if you criticize the Toronto Police Force (a pack of deluded trained dogs)

John Baird... Bill C-51

John Baird recently resigned from his position as a Minister in the Conservative Government. He did so just before Bill C-51 went to Parliament for discussion. Now Mr. Baird today resigned his seat in Parliament as the bill comes up for a vote.

I believe that Mr. Baird could possibly be playing politics by his decision (as above). If Bill C-51 blows up in the face of the Conservative Government and Stephen Harper loses in the next election, John Baird can be brought forward as the new leader of the party with clean hands.

I have nothing to substantiate my opinion, but it is the logical outcome of the steps taken by John Baird.

If Bill C-51 is passed C.S.I.S. will become the WW11 equivalent of  the German Gestapo. I suggest to all Canadians to prepare for dark days ahead.

Terrorism Is The Price Of Freedom

If we have a free society the danger of individual terror attacks remains likely. We have a military to protect us in the event of war by an invading force but, it cannot stop individual terror attacks. In the end it is up to you and I to protect ourselves, family and businesses. City police are not in a position to prevent such an attack. They usually arrive after an attack is over.

The trouble with the above is that the police and politicians do not wish to relinquish their power and control over the population. As a result, we cannot own or carry handguns to protect ourselves, our family and others. Basically, we can sit and wait for an attack which may or may not come. The result is fear swelling up in the population.

Terrorism is the price of freedom. To remain a free society we must not allow the government to remove our freedoms. After 911 the Patriot  Act was passed in the United States Congress which basically voided  the Bill of Rights; in Canada new laws have been passed and are about to be passed that will void the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. We are allowing ourselves to be fenced into a "Police State" from which we will never recover.

Mayor John Tory.... Where Is The Money?

Where the hell is the money coming from to finance your  subway and T.T.C. expansions???
I ask you to produce a paper listing your proposed expansion plans with expected years of  completion and a break down of expected costs and source of these funds.

All we hear from you is statements blaming the last administration for problems you were "unaware of" until you were elected. You also blame the Provincial Government for their failure to act on/fund transit. Whose to blame for the "balanced budget" that came up $86 Million short causing the city to borrow said money to balance the budget?

Please release a letter notifying the citizens of Toronto as to the above.

MAYOR TORY'S BUDGET

Over 10% of our  2015 budget goes directly to the most useless organization in the city.....The Toronto Police Force. TCHC can wait for their needed repairs, water and sewer lines can wait and Mayor Tory borrows $200 Million from the Ontario Government to balance the budget.

What are we paying for when we give the Toronto Police Force $1.15 Billion dollars? On the record they cannot stop illegal handguns from getting into the hands of street gangs. There seems to be a shooting or a knifing ever other day in this city. The police have a Guns and Gangs Group who must sit in bars and wait for a killing before they get off their asses. I believe this group is an additional cost to tax payers ( over and above the original budget figure). According to the news I read, the only crime in this city is perpetrated by street gangs.

We are the only city in North America that does not appear to have an organized crime problem (according to the actions of the police). We have no commercial crime and very little drug traffic. Hell, Mayor Ford smoked crack in public and on video and was not arrested. I'm starting to believe that the cops are selling arms and drugs to the gangs.  I'm concerned enough to start looking into Mike McCormack's (Toronto Police Union, President) trunk.

Anyway, our police are not worth the cost to the public. The Force should be completely overhauled. The next Police Chief should be elected. No Cops Need Apply!!!!

What are we going to do about this lying bastard??  Now its new charges for little league hockey players. How this is going to help repay a $200 Million loan from the Ontario Government is beyond my understanding.

Outstanding repair costs on buildings operated by Toronto Community Housing stands at $2.4 Billion and there is no money available. If we all took a look at the costs involved in revitalizing TCHC, sewer and water line repair, road and bridge repairs we would see that the above costs would exceed the entire city budget of about $10 Billion for 2015. What does Mayor Tory do? He raises the rates on small children who wish to play our national sport.
On top of the above Mayor Tory hires 88 new police officers. Just what this city needs is more police.

THE CITY STATE OF TORONTO (An Alternative)

I will not try to describe a city state. Let me just say that we separate from Canada and the province of Ontario and become an independent state. Presently, we pay the bulk of our taxes to Ontario and the Federal Government of Canada. Revenue would not be a problem in such an independent state.

TORONTO CITY COUNCIL (DYSFUNCTIONAL)

It is time that the people of this city stand up and scream! This city needs TTC (Subway) expansion, the Gardiner Expressway fixed or removed, water and sewer lines updated and an expansion of  the existing bus services. What we get is a piece meal budget that does not meet our needs." A budget of political fear"

If we need the above then I suggest we bite the bullet and get it done. City Council is afraid to face the taxpayer on the costs involved and the increase in property tax necessary to achieve the desired results. They are afraid even to discuss the idea of a car permit into the inner core of the city. A combination of increased taxes and the permit (as above). at this point in time, are necessary to support the health and welfare of our city. We need to modernize our approach to city council politics. This means we must realize our needs and pay the costs involved.

TTC Rapid Transit Funding Solution .... Toronto

Every four year term Toronto politicians keep trying to solve the problems of TTC service and congestion. This is my answer to the problem..

We define an area encompassing the core of the city. As an example let us say an area bounded by Lawrence Ave. to the north, Victoria Park Ave to the east, Lake Ontario to the south and Islington Ave to the west. All vehicles entering this zone must have a permit to do so..say a sticker on their license plate. This sticker would be purchased yearly and an absence of this sticker would subject the driver to a fine enforced by Toronto Police.

The above would lessen vehicle traffic in the city core and add to heavier TTC usage. All monies obtained by the city by this method would allow City Council to immediately build whatever new subway routes they wish and to expand bus services.

This is a simple answer to funding our transit problems. It will immediately make funds available for the expansion of the subway and bus services.

Mayor John Tory.... Campaign Lies.... Here We Go Again!

Mayor Tory considers himself a Toronto elite, Upper Canada College graduate, lawyer, wealthy
 country club member etc,etc. On the campaign trail for mayor he deliberately lied to the people of Toronto. First, he ran on "no increase in TTC rates", secondly, "a balanced budget with an increase based on cost of living". The TTC  rate increase was not his fault he says. It was Mayor Fords' cut in services that he was unaware of, that caused the increase in TTC fares to restore said services.... However, he deliberately lied on a promise to balance the budget. It seems he "borrowed" $87 million from the Ontario Government in order to achieve a balanced budget. Since borrowing monies from the province had never been done before, the Toronto Councillors understood it to be additional funding from Queens Park and almost missed that it was a loan.

So now we have a $ 87 million deficit in the budget! He has increased property taxes, water usage and garbage pickup rates in the budget. So what new taxes can we look forward to in the future? Maybe Toronto should expropriate all privately owned golf courses and Upper Canada College for property to build affordable housing.

Apparently, the Toronto Police Union is displeased with the reappointment of the Chairman of the Toronto Police Services Board. Mr. McCormack, with your criminal record and personal history, I advise you to just shut your mouth and thank, whatever God you believe in, that you have a job. Actually, you should be doing hard time for your past crimes.

Well we have not got the T.T.C. news yet (10:27A.M.). Oops I better wait a few minutes. CP24  says Mayor Tory's statement  "is up coming ".........

Mayor Tory has a new name, "The Nickel and Dime Mayor". Right out of the box he breaks his campaign promise and raises T.T.C.fairs by a dime a ride. This bastard is going to nickel and dime us to death over the period of his term in office. "Come on John lets have it all at once!". You have no money and the prospects of provincial and federal funding are dismal at best. You are saddled with road repair, water and sewer line updates, the T.T.C. and the rotting Gardener Expressway nightmare.

You lied your way into office, as only a true politician could and now you are telling us slowly that we will need to pay the piper for your deliberate criminal election promises. Why not ask Ralph Lean for an interest free loan?

Mayor Tory Is Again ALL MOUTH NO ACTION (TCHC)


Mayor Tory appoints Art Eggelton to open study on TCHC. Christ!! There must be hundreds of studies on TCHC littering the halls of City Hall. When a politician has no idea what he is doing he orders up a study. How much are we paying Art Eggelton and how much is budgeted towards this useless endeavor?? If you can't handle the job Mayor Tory ...resign!
  
In addition to the above,  Mayor Tory states that he has learned that talks concerning monies from the Federal and Provincial Governments, to assist the financial needs of Toronto (subway), are not going well. Surprise! Surprise!

If you are looking for something to do Mr. Mayor why not slap Ralph Lean's wrist for being 100% over budget as President of the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Committee. Oh! I forgot Ralph Lean paid your election campaign costs.

Absolute silence from all parties! No response to my blogs!

I guess Mayor Tory, Councillor Ford, etc, etc could care less about Mike McCormack.
If this is their attitude I suggest to the people of Toronto that we are in for a long four years. I also suggest to you that CP24, CTV, and Bell Canada are distorting news coverage in support of organized crime.

Its just a matter of time before what is really happening in this city (the truth) will explode into public view and we (the people) will pay the price.

Mike McCormack and Stephen LeDrew

Last week on CP24's  Stephen LeDrew Live, Mr LeDrew interviewd Mike McCormack, President of the Toronto Police Union. Mr. LeDrew was surely aware of Mike McCormacks past history (thief, liar, bully, felon and overall a "dirty cop")  yet, he considered McCormack as the go to guy to discuss the relationship of police with the public. All of this brought forward by recent problems in the United States as a result of racial killings committed by police.

The problem Mr. LeDrew was sitting right there in front of you. No person in Toronto would trust McCormack and no person could respect such a man. Police in this city are not respected nor trusted.  Mike McCormack is the "poster cop" for whats wrong with the Toronto Police Force.

Mike McCormack and his brother were investigated by internal affairs regarding the theft (in Toronto) of high end cars for shipping and resale in Asia. In addition they were investigated by internal affairs for operating a protection racket for bars on the entertainment strip, informing the bars when a law enforcement operation would happen giving them advance notice. This was all in the Globe and Mail in 2004, 2005.

I assume when your father was the former Chief of Police, internal affairs would look the other way regarding the above charges. Internal affairs' records regarding investigations of "their own" is even worse than those of the Special Investigation Unit. Anyway Mike McCormack, a dirty cop, now sits as President of the Toronto Police Union. What the hell is the matter with this city? Now you know why I am asking for an audit of the Police Union.

How can the general public have any respect for the Toronto Police Department? How can we trust anything these people do?

I have emailed both Rob Ford and John Tory on this matter. I have yet to receive a response.

Mayor Tory Is "ALL MOUTH NO ACTION"

    Mayor Tory has climbed into bed with the Toronto Police Force.

1. Joined the Police Services Board
2. Attended the graduation of 88 new police recruits
3. Told police to resume ticketing vehicles parked illegally on Toronto streets

   What he has not done.

1. Said nothing about the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Committee's report that they were 100% over budget
    (Ralph Lean being President)
2. Said nothing about the Toronto Subway Relief Line
3. Said nothing on any proposed funding for any subway expansion

    Basically Mayor Tory is not a DOER. He is only a TALKER . An all talk no action politician.
    We will get nothing until Mayor Tory has "FEED" Ralph Leans boys. Tory's backers are at the             head of the line to the money trough

Toronto Police Union Should Be Audited


The Toronto Police Union, to my knowledge has never been audited. The Toronto Police Department being a part of the City of Toronto I assume is audited regularly; however, said audit would not include the police union fund.

I suggest that Mayor John Tory along with the Toronto City Council move that such an audit be undertaken and concluded before Chief Bill Blair leaves office. This should be done to protect those officers already on the pension and those about to retire. The amount of money in this union pension should be extensive and of concern to all police officers.  The amount and the subsequent outside investment of such monies should be a a matter of public record. 

WE MUST ELECT THE NEXT CHIEF OF POLICE IN TORONTO

We must hold a public election to choose the next police chief in the City of  Toronto.
Presently, the chief is appointed by a "Police Board", as appointed by the mayor and the city council.
As a result we have a chief of police, unlimited in his actions, commanding 8,000 armed men/women. The chief is subject to none of the necessary controlling processes to prevent any misuse of power. As a result we have allowed the creation of an independent police culture. They are "a state within a state" where the police are not subject to criminal law. Toronto City Council has no control over the actions of Toronto Police Force.

In addition any charges brought into court under the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, against the police, can immediately be dismissed. They need only to state that the plaintiff is/was under investigation at the time of the complaint. The Charter is in reality a useless piece of paper.

When a populace depends on an outside force to protect them... they are no longer free. The police act with no "checks and balances". We passively sit and watch as mental patients, teenagers and others are murdered on our streets. We do this because there is at present no way to stop these injustices. The people of Toronto are powerless to act.

If we elected the police chief we would then have a measure of control over the actions of the police force. At present we have no control.

I ask that you tweet all members of City Council, the Mayor and the Premier of Ontario asking for an immediate election for Police Chief in Toronto...put an end to the "War Lords in Blue" killing our kids.

Mike McCormack is the epitome of the brutal police culture that exists today in the Toronto police force. It is time we (the people) took back our streets from the "goofs" in blue.

The next police chief should be "ELECTED" by we the people not appointed by politicians.
