Have a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year!!
I am leaving the "blog" world at this time as I feel I am accomplishing nothing. Everyone in this world seems to want to lead the pack and no one wants to be a follower. So lead on my friends and I will simply follow your brilliant light into the future.
Barry Goodhead Live signing off. All the best!

The Loss of "Due Process of Law" in Canada
The RCMP wishes to be independent; outside the control of Parliament. Bill Blair is under absolutely no control from Toronto City Council nor the Provincial Government nor any other elected organization. He acts as if he "runs the city". In his answer to the Ombudsman (G20) from Victoria he referred to Toronto as "My City!" and that the Ontario Government had no jurisdiction in any matter concerning the Toronto Police Force. CSIS just had a Federal Justice find a man guilty of being a terrorist without due process of law. The man had a defence counsel but could not obtain in a Canadian Court the evidence being presented against him at his trial. He knew only the charge; everything else was confidential and only available to the justice. "You are a terrorist" says the justice...case closed!!!
Personally, I believe we are living in a "police state". If you speak against the government, police, intelligence services of Canada you can be charged as a terrorist and basically disappear.
I have come to believe that our only recourse is civil unrest..... to restore a semblance of democracy; however, I believe it is too late. I have screamed this to whom ever would listen over the last 40 years. People listen while looking at their shoes, shrug their shoulders and immediately change the topic. I guess this country is made up of cowards, people who emigrated to Canada because they would not fight in their own country for what they believed. People who were forced out of their society due to a lack of will and strength of character. Where do we go now people? Canadians are not apathetic they are simply cowards who believe if they ignore a predator like Blair he will go away. We will never learn and besides that we have already lost our freedom. Asking the Canadian public to fight is almost laughable!

What a Waste of Time!!!!!!!!!!!! Bill Blair (G20)
Bill Blair and the Toronto Police department are guilty of hundreds of breaches of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms of Canada. I think we all agree with that statement.
After 67 years of experience I can tell you that nothing will be done about these breaches except for a lot of rhetoric. Time will pass, the people will forget and again I say "Nothing will happen!"
The people must start to take an interest in their own government (Municipal, Provincial and Federal). Your vote is your sword; yet, less than 50% of us vote in any election. If today each of you picked up a phone or sent an email to your MP, MPP or City Councillor deploring the actions of the Toronto Police Force (G20) and continued this weekly until you received a written response from same, maybe, just maybe something would get done. We literally deserve what has happened! One day we will wake up and find a guy like Blair controlling the country and armed men in our streets and WE WILL DESERVE IT!!!!
"Lock and load" people because if these deplorable actions continue you will lose your freedom!

I Demand Rob Fords Resignation
The rules governing candidates for Mayor of Toronto, concerning campaign contributions, are simple. "No candidate can accept political campaign donations over $750 and all contributions must come from an individual not a corporate or business interest". At the end of the election Rob Ford, the elected candidate, owed $650,000 over the total legal money donated to him during the election. Thus Rob Ford was in debt $650,000 in campaign expenses.
The election being over Rob Ford and two other top rated candidates in the last election have a party seeking donations from those attending to cover their losses. Mr Smitherman, also a candidate, being backed by the Ralph Lean QC, Cassels Brock, representing what I refer to as the "syndicate, had no remaining debt. He also attended the party. As a result Rob Ford is now out of debt thanks to the "syndicate" as represented by Mr. Leans' corporate clients. So after the election Mr Ford reaches out his hand and criminally violates the rules set out in Elections Toronto regarding campaign contributions.
What do I expect from the taxpayers of Toronto in regard to Mr. Fords criminality?... Nothing!!!!
When only less than 50% of the electorate vote, I expect the people of Toronto to do nothing! I expect Elections Toronto to do nothing! I expect Bill Blair and the Attorney General of Ontario to do nothing!
Basically, if the election was a horse race, the winning horse (Mr. Ford) came out of the gate with one jockey and showed up in the winners circle with a new jockey in the saddle.
Democracy my ass!!!

Same Old! Same Old!
I have listened to Rob Ford and read what he had to say in the press over the last few days. In addition, I have spoken with men in their 80's who were players years ago in Toronto politics and associated with Norm Goodhead (former Mayor of North York 1959/1963) my father. The election has solved nothing my friends. The same organized crime syndicate is alive and well in Toronto. They simply jumped on to a new horse after the race was over.
"Tell the people, Mr. Ford, what you have done; tell the people about the closed door meetings you had here and in Florida over the last month!"
I have come to believe that there is not an honest man/woman in this world; we deserve everything we get in this life.
Have a good weekend my friends,

Assassination
One of Stephen Harpers Ministers yesterday advocated that the President of Wikileaks should be assassinated. Shortly thereafter he withdrew and apologized for his remarks; but, I believe we all know what he truly believes. Harpers government advocated murder because the man released unedited diplomatic cables to the public concerning Canada . God forbid that you or I should know the truth about the actions of those we elect. This opens a window into the soul of Stephen Harper.
Assassination I believe is a necessary tool! I believe that if a democratic government oversteps their limits and breaches the law of the land, action should be taken. If a government is covertly undermining their own democratic country; creating a police state; not adhering to the constitution, Bill of Rights or Charter of Rights and Freedoms; engaging in actions contrary to the criminal code of the land and threatening the freedom of its people; it leaves the people no other plausible alternative. The people would have the right to act in self defense, to protect themselves and their families by the use of assassination.
I agree with the minister and the Harper Government in that assassination is necessary in todays world of political egomaniacs. I hope that if confronted with this problem the people of Canada will react exactly as has been sanctified by the Prime Ministers Office.

Stephen Harper: Traitor to Canada
Stephen Harper, Prime Minister of Canada, (hereafter PM), is obsessed with "power". He believes and acts as if he is immune from the laws of Canada and the rules of society that so many Canadian boys have given their lives to protect. This from a man who was not elected by the people of Canada. He was elected in a constituency in Alberta and then "ordained" Prime Minister by the Conservative Party.
Why are we fighting in Afghanistan? Not to protect the people of Afghanistan of that I am sure. When Canadian soldiers leave that country it will fall back to where it began, the Stone Age. We are there because PM decided to increase his prestige in International Politics on the world stage. Our soldiers are being killed and maimed for PM. PM lives for the power he has as Prime Minister and we (Canadians) can go to hell!
Today I would like to inform you that the RCMP has at least three separate corporations outside of the control of Parliament (Eastern Construction being one). Taxpayer money paid for the development of these corporations; but, the taxpayer has no control over the function of these corporations. PM knows this; PM approves this; PM has encouraged the growth of this private RCMP army.
See you at the "labour camps" my friends!
