Its a new day my friend, the elections are over and I have lost my bid to become Mayor of Toronto. The issues facing the people of Toronto still exist and will continue to persist until the new council gets down to work and remedies the problems left in the wake of David Millers deliberate mistakes.
Just to begin this new blog let us look at the money "we" must pay to the retiring, incumbent mayor and city councilors who have lost their seats in the last election and those who have resigned. This amounts to over a $1 Million; a golden parachute that was voted in by Toronto city councillors to feather their nests at the taxpayers expense. Will the Mayor elect Rob Ford accept this "highway robbery" of the public purse; will he stop these payments or simply ignore them? I believe we all know the answer to that question. So much for good solid business management that Mr. Ford has been talking about in his campaign.
Metropolitan Toronto Police are in the courts over their criminal act and breaches of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms regarding their actions during the G20 and G8 conference. We have heard nothing from Mr. Ford on the future of Chief Bill Blair. We have heard that Mr. Ford will add 100 new police officers to a force that not only is dysfunctional but costs the taxpayer 10% of our yearly budget. This does not include the legal costs and judicial dollar judgments yet to be awarded to claimants under the "Charter"(G20).
Mr. Ford was earlier charged by Toronto police for assaulting his wife; however this was dismissed due to "conflicting testimony". Thank you Chief Blair! Recently, there was a matter of Mr. Ford offering to buy illegal drugs for a constituent in a taped telephone conversation. This is still under investigation by Toronto police pending the conclusion of the election (I guess). Now Mr. Ford is a defendant in a defamation case before the courts. I ask Mr Ford, "Will 100 new police officers satisfy, pay your debt to Chief Blair or will the taxpayer continue to pay for your mental lapses in good judgement?"
Mr. Ford will be "kissing Bill Blair's ass" for the next four years and we will be pay the freight!
Have a great day my friends!

Congratulations to Toronto Mayor Rob Ford
Thanks to all those who took the time to vote in this election. I would ask that each of you take a deeper interest in municipal, provincial and federal politics. The people have a great power in a democracy by their vote. Last night only 50% of those eligible to vote did so. This is tragic.
Mr. Ford! Well done! If you keep your election promises the next four years will be eventful and hopefully progressive. Well done Rob!!!!

Our Financial Future
Toronto is obviously reliant on Provincial and Federal funding, especially in the development of our future rapid transit systems. Under current agreements this funding will continue; however, I believe it is time that City Council endorse the creation of a Toronto owned financial institution to control and support the city's financial future. This financial corporation will allow the city to offer competitive mortgages and insurance coverage to Toronto residents and in turn assist the city in the development of the Toronto Waterfront.
Toronto is the largest city in Canada. There is absolutely no need for Toronto to go "hat in hand " to the Federal or Provincial Governments seeking handouts. By initiating the above we will keep Toronto dollars in Toronto. We (the voter) will then control are own financial future by better servicing the financial needs of our residents.

The Toronto Syndicate/the Untouchables
I filed a complaint about 8 months ago with the Law Society of Upper Canada against David Miller, Mayor of Toronto and Ralph Lean Q.C. a senior partner at Cassels Brock Law Firm re racketeering charges. I also sent a 60 page complaint to William Blair regarding (in part) the above racketeering complaint. William Blair, Police Chief of Toronto, ignored my complaint while the Law Society of Upper Canada stated I should file a complaint with the police. Around and around I went.
As a result I gave my 60 page complaint to CSIS on Front Street West in Toronto and my life has been hell ever since. I hope they are investigating my complaint.
What does a resident of Toronto do if he feels that a member of the City Council is abusing his/her position and is involved in racketeering? The Mayor is instrumental in appointing the Chief of Police. Ralph Lean boasts he is the King Maker (financed Millers election) in Toronto politics. In reality all three are above the law. Ergo the syndicate of racketeers consists of (some) City Council members as backed by Ralph Lean, William Blair, the Chief of Police, David Miller, Mayor of Toronto and of course the many businessmen who donate vast amounts of money to elect candidates in Toronto and Ontario elections through Cassels Brock Law Firm. This syndicate monopolizes control of Toronto City Council; they choose who gets what contracts with the city and the legal wording of these contracts; who is appointed to what civil committees; who is appointed Chief of Police etc. They are "The Untouchables".
I write this to explain why I am a candidate for Mayor. I knew I could not win this election. I could however, inform the voters where their tax money goes and why the city is $3 Billion in debt.
I watched yesterday as one syndicate politician after the other threw "their support" to another syndicate politician. It is called "marketing". They get CP24 to cover in depth this back slapping. It is free political advertising courtesy of CTV.
Anyway Mr. and Ms Voter it is up to you now! I have had my say.

The King Maker, Ralph Lean Q.C.
*Ralph Lean of Cassels Brock Law Firm is a "bag man"; yet, he considers himself a political King maker. His firm is Cassels Brock law firm. Retired Premier (Ontario) Peterson, also of Cassels Brock, is no stranger to Russian racketeers. Cassels Brock, through Mr. Lean, engineers our municipal elections using his clients money who in turn seek contracts from the city as payment. Mr. Lean was appointed by Mayor Miller (one of Leans puppets) to the prestigious Film and Waterfront Committees. These actions resemble the 1920s and 30s with Lansky and Capone. Ralph Lean is backing Mr. Smitherman in this election so I suggest to you the pattern is about to repeat itself and the voter will pay the freight!
*Ladies and Gentlemen this election is FIXED and I am asking Elections Toronto to stay this election!
THIS IS A REPOST FROM OCTOBER, 2010. THEIR SEEMS TO BE SOME INTEREST IN THIS POST. SMITHERMAN LOST BUT WE GOT FORD IN STEAD. EITHER WAY WE LOST.

CP24/CTV ARE PROPAGANDA CRIMINALS
CP24 (CTV) is in bed with Ralph Lean Q.C., of Cassels Brock Law Firm i.e. the bag man (Millers cash resource) for Mr. Smitherman in the election for Mayor . They "rig" who gets on their televised debates and have Mr. Smitherman on their broadcasts so often it has become nauseating to watch. Hell, I don't like Mr. Ford as a man or a politician but when CTV (summarizing last nights debate) on CP24 calls Mr. Ford "fat' and then brings on Smitherman as a down to earth fiscally responsible candidate for mayor, my insides rebel. Mr. Smitherman is a dysfunctional thief. He mismanaged provincial tax dollars provided by you and me (the people of Ontario) while Minister of Health of Ontario ($1 Billion disappeared). He resigned as Health Minister, resigned from his seat as MPP thus leaving his constituents without provincial representation in government. Then he runs to Toronto and says to you and me, "As your mayor I will remove the deficit from Toronto's books and give you honest efficient and fiscally responsible, municipal government. "Yahoo!!! Just the man we need as mayor", says CP24 (CTV).
When are we, the voters, ever going to wake up and rid ourselves of these two faced, self serving trash????
