Police Random Drug Tests (Public Safety)

If Toronto City Government feels that TTC drivers should be randomly tested for drug use then the same should be true for Toronto Police. The police should be closely watched as their jobs are particularly taxing and the psychological stress is extreme. We are all aware that the police are legally allowed to carry concealed weapons in public; that the police consider themselves above the law; that the police have failed to comply with SIU direction in acts of police violence. Drug testing in this environment is a public safety concern and must become the norm and mandatory. Personally, I do not want an armed police officer in my childs High School who has not been veted psychologically and physically (drugs and alcohol use) by doctors independent of the force.

The men and women of the police force must be physically and psychologically fit to enforce our laws. We hire these officers to protect us. I do not feel it is too much to ask that they are tested considering that they are armed; that they think they are above the law; that they hinder investigation of their actions by any outside group (SIU).

Public safety is my concern!! I believe that police medical records should be veted by an independent group and random drug and alcohol testing instituted immediately!!

Toronto Community Housing Corporation is Filth

Never in the history of Canada has a corporation been so deliberately abused by its CEO's and management!

TCHC is cramed with every useless college graduate in Canada. Planning is not even considered, They have no plan for the future; no one will make a decision about policy; no one will actually converse with tenants.

TCHC management has built and hid behind a wall of security and consultants. The tenants actually run the buildings out of the default by TCHC management. A tenant cannot call a plumber, an exterminator, etc. They must go through TCHC management that are unreachable. Decisions on TCHC operation are made by outside consultants so that management can say, "thats what the consultants recommended. Its not my fault!". So I ask the reader why do we have any staff at all. Lets simply "privatise" the whole damn thing and save the taxpayer millions of dollars anually. This will destroy the whole idea of Community Housing but its better than throwing money into the sewer..

"Do Whats Right" says TCHC

Rat on your neighbour!!! Toronto Community Housing Corporation has sent all TCHC tenants a letter stating to call and tell, the name, address, date, circumstance etc regarding any fraud "to better help serve you and your community". TCHC wants tenants to report tenants or staff who may have damaged TCHC property; who have lied about their income; who have lied on their lease; have accepted or given bribes however they request that you not use the envlosed line (1-877-993-6744) to discuss "pests" in your room, discuss rent review, request repairs or to report human rights violations.

TCHC has "HIRED" a consulting firm to act as the receiver of these "Do Whats Right"calls. This private company is on line as http://www.securaglobe.com/. They say this will be anonymous however, any call will reveal your name, number etc. to the receiver, Securaglobe.

Last time it was MASS LBP hired to improve communication between TCHC management and tenants. Now its how to rat on your fellow tenants and all of this, not through TCHC management, but through "private companies" at TCHC expense. Just what TCHC needs, added expenses to compliment incompetent TCHC management and staff.

I believe that men like Chuck Dowdall, District Director, TCHC are accepting financial benefits from these consulting firms they hire. I ask for an enquiry into the use of private consultants and their ties to TCHC management and staff. Any private company hired bt TCHC should be "veted" by Toronto Police before any contract is signed.

To me this is disgusting! TCHC management are hired to do a job; they are not hired to put their responsibilities onto private consultants at TCHC cost. TCHC is an incompetent and corrupt corporation milking the tenants and the City of Toronto of millions of dollars annually.

This is basically "rat on your neighbour to a private company; but, don't tell me (TCHS) your problems" management. All this at an added cost benifitingTCHC insiders financially.

Bill Blair is the cause/Tax increase is the effect

Bill Blair, Chief of Police, refused to reduce his budget by 10%. Regardless of all the city comments Blair literally told Ford to go to hell, "No 10% reduction in budget". As a direct result property taxes have increased in Toronto in the exact amount (around $80M) i.e. 2.5%  that Blair refused to lower his budget. WHO THE HELL RUNS THIS CITY??????? Bill Blair, Rob Ford or the people." Not Ford and not the taxpayer! Its the guy with the army and the guns.

Bill Blair also received an additional side payment of $10M to supposedly help attack "guns and gangs". I thought that was included in the $900M he gets yearly in his budget but, I guess not.

Blair must be fired immediately. If I was Ford, I'd call him into my office and 10 minutes later he would walk out in only his underwear..... his uniform left across my desk. FORD!!!!!FIRE THE CHEAP BASTARD!!!!!!!!!

MOBOCRACY

Very quickly we are moving toward Mobocracy (Anarchy). The democratic systems of Canada and its courts are corrupt. The politicians pay the cops who protect the politicians. Corporations finance the politicians and are protected by the politicians and the police. What about the ordinary Canadians? We pay the cost of this corruption; we are livid. We pay them to steal ; we get nothing in return. If asked they will remind us that they keep us safe. Oh Yah!! Just like sheep in a pen waiting to be sheared. We are a neverending unearned source of income to the "boys".

The news media is the propaganda wing of this extortion. An independent candidate for any political office in this country who is not sanctioned by people like Ralph Lean (calls himself "the King maker") of Cassels Brock Solicitors in Toronto, will receive absolutely no media coverage. The media are part and parcel of this criminal grip on democracy in Canada.

People in the Middle East, Canada, Britain, and the USA have resorted to what I will call "MOBOCRACY". People riot in the streets or march in the streets trying to obtain decent democratic rights.

The future is moving rapidly to Mobocracy. This cannot be achieved without the forcable removal of politicians and police forces. This means blood in the streets and it is coming!

Toronto Police Enforce the Bylaw

What a display of force at St James Park by Bill Blair and his thugs! Armies of media out numbered the protesters! While observing this over use of Toronto Police I wondered what this little protest removal cost Toronto taxpayers. Hundreds of cops, tens of police vehicles and to top it off the police wait until rushhour in the city to enforce a bylawn of trival importance. Lots of media and blocked traffic is the environment in which the police excel.

I don't know about you but to me this little media event was unnecessary. The cost will exceed $2Million. I honestly believe that if Bill Blair had "tanks" at his disposal they would have been used. Who authorizes this misuse of public resources? It is Bill Blair who authorized this! A guy with a degree in criminolgy rules an armed police force of 5,000 frontline officers an a budget of $1Billion. I would like to see someone with experience in management and at least an MBA for an education in charge of the Toronto Police.

Bill Blair is not qualified to manage a "mom and pop" cafe let alone the Toronto Police. Our politicians must be "nuts" to allow this incompetent fool to run the police department................Please fire this bastard , Mr Ford and open an election so we can elect a man/woman to serve this city and form an organization that we all can be proud.

Occupy Toronto Protesters

Chief Bill Blair is guilty of abetting the protesters in their non compliance with the Court order to cease and desist occupying St James Park (12:01AM to 5:00AM). It has been 24 hours since the order from the court and police have taken no legal action; however Senior Police Staff have walked through the park without making arrests. One must ask why no action has been taken?

By walking through the park they have either condoned the breach of the legal court order or are deliberately harassing the protesters into a more serious criminal offense. Anyway you look at it the police have by their actions sanctified the protesters breach of the Court "injunction".

If something serious follows the police's lack of action the guilt will lie with Chief Bill Blair and the arresting officers.

Criminal Toronto Police

Day after day I read of some atrocity perpetrated by the Toronto police. These crimes are usually followed weeks later by the SIU stating that no action will be taken. Maybe we should name parks after the cop who shot down the woman at 51 Wedgewood Dr, North York or the two cops that beat a mentally handicapped man to death on St Clair Ave. The police have become the "enemy". Protect and Serve" my ass! They are simply thugs who consider thenselves as a military force who run the City of Toronto.

The Toronto Police Force needs an elected chief, responsible to the public. Police culture in this city is offensive, dangerous and repulsive. They need to be slapped down and put in their place. They have become a street gang of moronic, armed bullies. The SIU is not only pathetic but have become an expensive public disgrace.

We had better do something my friends. The next person sacrificed on Toronto streets may be you, your mate or your children!!!!!!! Remember the G20!!!!!!!!

Police Testing

All police officers in Toronto should be subject to random drug testing. If we pay these officers to protect our families; if we arm these officers they should be subject to drug scrutiny.

All police officers should submit to DNA testing and said results should be compared to/with outstanding crimes where DNA was found.

It simply stands to reason that if we arm a person to walk our streets we have the right to test this officer for drug and alcohol abuse.

Precis/Autobiography

Over the next two weeks I will be posting selective personal experiences with the reader of this blog. I have been told that I am always angry, negative, etc.. I believe the reader must understand some parts of my life history in order to understand that what I post is the truth. Unless I have "been there" I express no opinion. I believe that experience is the great teacher in this world.

Segments will include training by the RCAF (at 17 years old) at the "Hunt" on Avenue Road south of Eglinton Ave (now a Catholic School due to my training) and member 411 Squadron, Downsview Airbase; contract workwith the US Government in the 60's and the Canadian Military in the 1990's; family history in Toronto politics and organized crime.

The concept of "Who do you trust?" will be the overall theme.

WHY HAS CHIEF BLAIR NOT BEEN FIRED?????

Mayor Ford seems reluctant to dismiss Bill Blair i.e. G20 and Blairs repeated refusal to toe the line on budget cuts. Mayor Ford could not be worried about his numerous run ins with the police i.e. domestic violence, offer to purchase drugs for a "user" (on tape), etc. Maybe they are both "Freemasons"; maybe they are lovers. Who knows??? But what ever the reason Bill Blair runs this City with handcuffs on Mayor Ford.

Ford has shown too much patience with Blair bordering on a breach of trust and faith with the residents of Toronto. Blair must be dismissed and Ford should (now I say, "should") call an election to elect the first elected Chief of Police in the history of Toronto. This dictatorial, police chief should be trashed and a new chief  elected by the people of Toronto.

TCHC Chuck Dowdell "Sells" Names and Addresses of Tenants.

** UPDATE: January 14th, 2016....Chuck Dowdell was fired by TCHC in 2013!!!!!!!

Chuck Dowdell, District Director of TCHC sold the names and addresses of TCHC tenants (violating the Privacy Act) to one Josh Taylor of consulting firm, Mass LBP, 392A King St. East, Toronto, 647-464-0179.

When I confronted Mr. Dowdell with this he was livid; he lied to me in the face of proof and finally spamed me off of TCHC web site. Mr Dowdell has stated to me in writing that he has informed Mayor Ford and has the full backing of Mayor Ford in his actions. If so this is a matter of great concern to TCHC residents in that their privacy has been compromised. I have no doubt that this personal information has found its way into information pools all over the web.

Mr Dowdell has disrespected the tenants of TCHC; he has breached the trust and faith bestowed upon him when he was hired; he has violated civil law and should resign his position immediately. His assistant Paul Feitelberg should follow as well as George Ewer all TCHC employees.

TCHC..Concentration Camp Toronto

Tenants of TCHC (Toronto Community Housing Corporation) live in a totalitarian environment. Tenants are dictated to by management personel ( Chuck Dowdell, Paul Feitelberg, George Ewer to name a few); tenants have no rights (especially under the Privacy Act); tenants have little or no contact with TCHC management and thus must accept whatever living conditions they are subjected to without question or recourse.

Briefly, in most of TCHC buildings "BUGS", "BUGS" and "MORE BUGS"are the norm. The elevators do not work.

"TCHC no longer uses leases as this would describe the rights of the tenant and the obligation of the TCHC." The 30% of net income that should be paid by each tenant as rent no longer applies (in violation of the Ontario Government affordable housing regulations. These regulations are no longer applicable), Without leases the TCHC has now illegally added a $40/month utility bill to some tenants regardless of usage. The free basic cable has been cancelled so many tenants have no TV (their only source of recreation for the children and seniors).

TCHC residents have No privacy, No respect, No hope!!!!!!

Most of us really don't give a damn about these people. We consider them unfortunate but parasitic. I expect little from the public in this matter. I only inform you, the residents of Toronto, about the Ghettos in our midst.

That young woman (Page) at Parliament who had the "balls" to stand up in the House of Commons displaying the sign "STOP HARPER", whatever her motives, I salute. This woman has shown more patriotism than any other Canadian in the past half century. One determined Canadian can make a difference. Take note people and follow this lead. Everyday the people of Canada climb onto a computer and pump out personal information to thousands of people, companies and governments that do nothing (24 hours) a day but collect this data. Who is to blame? We are? For some unknown reason Canadians are all to happy for a moments gratification to answer any question on line.

Banks, Insurance Companies, etc. trade and sell your personal information (world wide) daily. I can guarantee that a company in China can tell you what colour underwear you have on this morning, the maker and what it cost. Governments in Canada sell your information world wide to security firms, foreign governments etc. ; an agency in China knows everything relevant about your life i.e. age, sex, physical description, address, income, habits, political leanings, sexual preference and criminal record from parking tickets to criminal investigations etc. During the 1960s it was illegal for the RCMP and the FBI to tap phone calls in Canada and USA respectively. So they got togeather and Canada intercepted USA  calls of US interest and the USA recipricated in kind.

Intelligence is basically, in todays world, "telecommunication intercepts". There was in the 1990s such a intercept being run out of Langley, B.C. by Canadian Forces. Yes I said Canadian Forces; not the RCMP or CSIS but Canadian Forces. The military in this country intercept Federal MP comunications right down to police stations all over Canada.

G20 Enquiry

What a waste of time!!!!!

If you went to that meeting last night you must have realized that the enquiry has no power. Any results of this enquiry are  toothless. Such results cannot be used as basis for criminal charges as the hearing has no jurisdiction. There are only two ways to get results with the police Department. One is to demonstrate in front of City Hall and 40 College continuously (day and night) until Blair resigns and the Attornry General agrees to bring criminal charges against him and Two is to pick up a weapon and attack same through all out rebellion.

There is no way in hell that any enquiry will get you what you want. You are wasting your time and Bill Blair is laughing at you.

There is no seperation of powers in Canada. The Attorney Generals of Ontario and Canada, the courts, the Law Societies and the Police are all in bed with one another. We are simply sheep to be herded through their domain. If you want freedom you will have to fight for it. No change has ever come unless it was by the SWORD!!!!!!!

Bill Blair is Responsible!!!!!!

Chief Bill Blair (MTPF), after the G20, stated that he was not responsible for the actions of his police force. Then I ask the people of Toronto, Why do we pay the bastard? Also, if he is not responsible for the actions of his gang members then who is???? He shifted the blame for beatings, illegal detention and breaches of the "Charter" after the G20 onto his men as individuals; thereby, making all criminal charges, to be brought, against each violating officer as an individual. It is the entire force that is responsible; the "buck" stoping with the coward Bill Blair.

Bill Blair wants you to come forward if you witness a crime, yet the SIU cannot find one officer of the MTPF who will identify officers beating Torontonians, during the G20, from clear photographs. The whole damn police force, regardless of the beatings, etc. is GUILTY OF CRIMINAL OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE!!!!!!!!!!!

I harp on this whole concept of "Serve and Protect" constantly. In reality the MTPF is a street gang with haircuts, uniforms and weapons. We sit on our asses and let these bastards take away our rights and freedoms. I am ashamed to be a Torontonian and I am ashamed with everyone of you people who, in your silence, allow these scum to herd us  and shear us as sheep!!!

Violations of Personal Freedoms

The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are now asking people of interest in a murder investigation in Orangeville to give them DNA samples. These poorly educated donut boys and girls are violating our presonal freedoms. First they stopped our personal vehicles for "spot checks". Now the OPP stop our vehicles when and where every they feel the urge. Tomorrow they will be in our houses without warrant.

As Canadians we have certain "Rights and Freedoms". These rights cannot be taken away by struting morons. The OPP feel that if a person refuses their DNA request he is now the prime suspect in the murder. In other words they are "blackmailing" these men into allowing the OPP to take away their rights to privacy and freedom under the Charter.

Where are the Courts; where is the Attorney General of Ontario and Canada. The OPP is blackmailing our citizens to give up their rights under the Charter of Rights and Freedoms of Canada.

Police Games in 2017. Hell the people of Ontario put up with police games everyday. It is about time we told these morons "where-to-go"! The OPP moved into Orillia and turned the city into police world. Property values have fallen. Orillia is like living in Poland as a Jew in 1942. Under the thumb of authoritarian morons with guns!!!!

S.I.U. Rules G20 Police Action Acceptable In a free (?) Canada

S.I.U. finds "NO REASON" to investigate Toronto police criminal acts during the G20 in Toronto last year.
My, my what a surprise!!

We have 10,000 police in Toronto. They are not responsible to the people that pay their salaries; to the laws of Canada nor to the politicians that we elect to administer this city. Chief Blair is an egocentric fool who flaunts his disrespect for Canadian law. Ladies and Gentlemen we have a gang of armed thugs herding us in our everyday life. A gang we have absolutely no control over. People who have experience with the police in Toronto know exactly what I'm saying. The police are a threat to democracy and the very lives of our children, wives and husbands. Is this what Canadians call "protection"?? If you want to protect your family get a gun.

The Ombudsman for Ontario concluded in his investigation of both the S.I.U. and the actions of the police in the G20 protest that the S.I.U. investgated police complaints wearing "blue tinted glasses" and that the police acted as "storm troopers" in acts only seen in a "police state" during the G20. What do Canadians do??? They do nothing!! They sit and hope it will go away or stick their heads in the sand and ignore the obvious.

Their is NO DEMOCRACY, NO FREEDOM in Canada. We live in fear under the watchful eye of 1,000's of cameras watching our every move. No police person wants to stand before a jury of their peers and take a chance on going to jail so we have the Special Investigation Unit to clean up their murders, beatings etc. This gives their investigations a hint of authority to the public. S.I.U. personel are paid exorbidant amounts of money to judge cases where the police have corrupted the evidence before the SIU even gets to the scene. The police refuse to allow officers involved to be interviewed by the SIU until days after the event and when the police testimonies have been sanitized.

We all know this is intolerable in a free and democratic state; ergo, we are not free and Canada is not a democratic state. Canada is an authoritarian police state under the contol of an "elected" (Harper got 25% of the total number of votes available- 40% did not vote) party dictatrorship. The people have the power to change this but they have abdicated their rights. The Conservative Party now rules Canada with only 25% of the vote.

How many times do we have to be "physically beaten into submission" before we rise up and rid ourselves of these dirty little parasites???

Draconian Killer Blair

Bill Blair, Chief of Police, Toronto is out of control. The man is guilty of criminal offences but cannot be arrested. We have no control over this "demigod"; this human trash in a uniform!  He is blackmailing Rob Ford due to the mayors recent problems. Neither of the above is worth their "salt". One is a dictator and the other we elected. Blair has  learned that he has no boss; no one can fire him and he is backed up by the other Provincial and Federal Police forces. He is a commander of 10,00 heavily armes soldiers and is not responsible to the people he bullies. We are herded by a man not responsible to civil or criminal law. He can literally murder at will with no fear of punishment.

When are we going to rise up a rid our selves of this piece of human garbage?????

PM Harpers "to do list"

Dictator S. Harper will now lead Canada into a new age of  the"Police State". He is chomping at the bit to pass tougher sentencing laws for criminals in Canada. He has already built new prisons to house these criminals. Harpers intentions are to privatize Canadian prisons. Corporations will detain, guard and rehabilitate these individuals. This will exempt the Canadian Government from any responsibility regarding the treatment of these inmates. Next he will move to privatize the RCMP and consider privatizing all Canadian police services. All National and Provincial Police services will privatized. There will still be a Canadian Health System but a new two tiered system will be implemented over time. In the long run he will move towards the privatization of all education systems.

Simply, we will have to pay for all the services that the government pays for today. Capitalism to the nth degree; being enforced by private police services.

Rob Ford, Bill Blair and Ralph Lean i.e. Organized Criminals of Toronto

The Toronto police have just been offered a 10% pay increase by the City of Toronto making them the highest paid police force in Canada (1st class officer from $81,000 to $90,000). So much for Mayor Fords fiscal restraint policy. I guess Blairs "blackmail" is working on the Mayor. Fords problems with the law are well known and currently involve active cases. Better to pay the bastards, right Mr. Ford. I guess that 5% budget reduction in all city departments are only for those who can't put you in jail. Right Mr. Ford! Also how about this little election campaign overspending by the Mayor in the last election and who could forget the party after the election thrown by Ralph Lean, Castle Brock Legal Firm to pay $600,000 still owed by the Mayor in campaign debts. Castle Brock  is the middle man between organized crime in Toronto and the  City of Toronto Treasury.

Its great to be Mayor.. You get a "stay out of jail" card and cash in hand from "the boys" for services to be rendered later. Hey! We elected the bastard and his idiot brother! We deserve it!!

Mayor Ford Sends Police on Paid Vacation to Reno

Bill Blair, Chief of Police, Toronto sent his motorcycle boys to Nevada for a competition with other police forces. The bikes and the police were sent to Nevada at our expense. These motorcycles were purchased just prior to the G20 as needed police equipment. (The bikes are BMW and new uniforms, boots etc were of course purchased as  necessary items. The purchase of the bikes etc and uniforms exceeded $1Million.) Of course this meant the transport of parts and mechanics; the cost of hotel, food and beverages at our expense. The boys were no doubt paid overtime for this little jaunt to the USA.

Mayor Ford wanted a 5% reduction in the police budget but Blair said no and accepted a 3% increase in their budget. Ford said "Yes Sir! What ever you want Chief Blair".

God, these bastards turn my stomach. You elected them and now you will elect Harper. We deserve whatever we get!!!!!

Agent Orange is Murder in Ontario

Apparently (Toronto Star) Agent Orange (hereafter AO) has been used by the Ontario and Federal Governments to defoliate trees, bushes, etc on the side of highways and under Ontario Hydro pylons. For those of you who did not live the 1960s generation let me explain. AO was used in Vietnam in the 60's/70's during the Vietnam mistake. It was used as a defoliant by the USAF to remove the forest canopy so that enemy movement could be monitored and thereby bombed successfully from the air. Only after the the fighting stopped did we learn that AO was a cancer causing agent and basically destroyed human genes.

In the early 1980's I lived in Guelph. I lived next door to a Vietnam veteran. He was in the USAF in Vietnam in the 60's/70's. His duty was to fill tanks on aircraft with AO. He was married and had a 6 year old son. This little chap had everything wrong with him and his prognosis was death in a few years. The USAF refused to admit at the time that AO in anyway had caused this little boy and my friend health problems. Later we learned that AO was directly responsible. Finally the Veterans Administration in the US admitted the problem and my friend returned to the US for medical treatment for his son.

The use of AO in Ontario is bad enough but for the Ontario and Federal Government to hide its use is criminal. It is not just the use of AO. in Ontario. It is the manufacture, the storage and the subsequent dumping of unused product that is the killer. Norm Goodhead , my father, owned the largest (privately owned) waste removal business in Canada (Disposal Services). The business was located at 55 Fenmar Drive in Weston, Ontario and he also owned his own landfill in the City of Vaughan (known then as The Town of Maple). Norm was also the "bag man " for the Conservative Party of Ontario and the head of the  Freemasons. If the Provincial Government had unused AO to dispose of they would have called Norm.  If AO was used in Ontario you can be assured that any unused product is buried in in the City of Vaughan.

I could write a history of waste disposal in Toronto that would rival, in volume, the biography of Winston Churchill; however, no one would read it. They simply do not want to know! No one gives a damn! At least not until it kills their child; then somebody will hear about it.

Water, Water Everywhere But Not a Drop To Drink

Southern Ontario a is toxic landfill!! After decades of industrial and residential waste polluting our soil and waterways we are reaching, or have reached a point of no return. If you bring this to the attention of the Federal Government the response is, "Not our problem. We only get involved if their is a spill or a catastrophic problem."If you talk to the Ministry of the Environment, Ontario you are told, "We have it all in hand and we can handle any problem that comes along!"

The population of Southern Ontario is increasing, industrial byproducts are enormous, nuclear reactor waste has increased and the water and the land have paid the price of this growth. At present every person in this area is drinking "treated sewage". We are drinking the treated human waste of those people living "up stream" from where we intake our drinking water. This is not only disgusting but, if a mistake is made, deadly.

I told the City of Vaughan about illegal toxic chemicals dumped around the Keele Valley Landfill. I saw it dumped. My family owned the property and are responsible for the above illegal dumping. They called me a liar and threatened me. Why? Because, if what I say is true the land value in Vaughan would plummet; there would be more legal action then could be handled by our court system. This would probably lead to public disorder. If we knew what we are growing our backyard tomatoes and peppers in, we would scream.

The City of Vaughan, the Federal and Provincial Government simply ignore the problem!

Only the people of Southern Ontario can force our governments to act; but, it is my experience that people would rather not know the truth, even if it threatens the health of their own family and especially if it will lower their personal income or property values.

On a hot summers day there is nothing better than a tomato and green pepper sandwich washed down with an ice cold glass of Ontario tap water. Enjoy!!!!

TRUTH!

I must assure the readers of this blog that everything I say is the truth. Everything I say I will swear to in a court of law. What we think we know is usually wrong. We have become accustomed to police and government propaganda. "They would not lie to us!" you say. To get what they want they will do anything they can to reach their objective. Politicians lie constantly to the voters as you know and the police consider every person a criminal or a person about to become a criminal. We are not people to them we are cattle.

Let me say it again!! I worked for these self styled, elite bastards (once) and I can tell you without hesitation they are liars. They consider themselves above the law. They look at us as nothing more than cattle that can be herded in any direction!!!!

We let them do it because we are afraid to question them. Hence, we have lost our freedoms and our rights  as guaranteed under the Charter.

Nothing is Real!!!

The "Black Block"(BB), so named by police authorities, allegedly started confrontations with the police during the G20 in Toronto; however the BB is a contrived group of intelligence officers operating out of the PMO. This little group is led by Constable Jeff Scott, RCMP. Its purpose is to infiltrate legitimate protest groups and initiate direct conflict with police at any protest. Its purpose is to discredit said groups and to give cause to arrest members of the protest.

I met Constable Scott in Vancouver. he was assisting Inspector Peter German RCMP, the lead investigator of the "Bingogate Investigation". This was a successful attempt by the RCMP to discredit the NDP provincial government before an election. He was also involved in the SGT Pepper incident in Vancouver and now heads the PMO "Instigator" group Black Block.

The RCMP actually sit around and devise ways to violate the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. In the early 90's or late 80's the RCMP in Vancouver, out of E Division, was tasked with infiltrating extremist groups. They found a better way than infiltration. They formed a Fascist Party Group (skin heads) in Vancouver actually led  by an RCMP officer. This was working well for the RCMP until a group from the party beat and killed an elderly jewish gentleman in an alley in Vancouver. The newspapers in BC had a field day!

There are many examples of the RCMP instigating public confrontations in order to get grounds to arrest those they feel need to be silenced. Black Block is a RCMP secret undercover organization not a terrorist group. It is bought and paid for with your dollars and run out of the Prime Ministers Office in Ottawa.

Bill Blair, Chief of Toronto Police, knew all about this RCMP group and arrested people as a direct result of RCMP illegal actions. He broke the law knowing that he had the support of the PMO and Stephen Harper, Prime Minister of Canada. The PMO made Blair immune from prosecution in any action that he undertook on the streets of Toronto during the G20.

What do you think Blair, "the Order of Canada"???

City of Vaughan Council Issues a Threat

Sandra Racco, City of Vaughan Councillor, Ward 4, was the only council member to respond to my emails regarding the existence of illegal toxic dumps surrounding the Keele Valley Landfill. In her last email she stated that " my office does not have the authority or jurisdiction over environmental matters. These are issues only the Ontario Ministry of the Environment can investigate and deal with"-----Also.... she wrote "I am putting you on notice that if you continue to hassle me with unfounded allegations, I will have no choice but to take appropriate steps."Vaughan Council has the legal authority and jurisdiction to act in the best interest and for the welfare of the people of the City of Vaughan. They do not have the right to threaten me!


Sandra Racco says that what I have explained to her, about illegal toxic dumps located in the City of Vaughan, are "unfounded allegations". Unfounded allegations my ass! My family owned that whole block (Keele to Dufferin, Teston Road to Major Mackenzie). We owned Disposal Services Waste Removal and owned the landfill next to the old Vaughan Township Dump (Keele and Teston). Norm Goodhead also owned Superior Crawford Sand and Gravel which sold part of the property for $70+ M to Metro Toronto for the Keele Valley Landfill Site; Norm also owned the Honey Pot Ski Club (Dufferin St.) and sold that to investers who developed the Eagles Nest Golf Club. I am , as far as I know, the only person left alive that can speak with authority as to the history of that property. The only one left alive that knows what is buried on that property.

The City of Vaughan Council is determined to assist private development on properties surrounding the Keele Valley site. They are determined to dismissand disregard my warnings even if it means that their citizens (men, women and children) may be physically harmed. I ask the reader, WHY????

In Mayor Rob Fords biography he states that, "I gave up my dream to return to the family business (to help my family). My father was an alcoholic, my brother was mixed up with criminals and materials and product were disappearing out the back door of our company. There was no suitable upper level management." If Doug Ford was stealing from his family what the hell is he doing at City Council?? Doug wants a NFL stadium; Doug wants more power for the Mayor; Doug wants to run for the Ontario Legislature. This boy is a thief and we elected him!!!!

Vaughan Children are Dying/Vaughan Councillors Say Nothing

I have emailed every City of Vaughan Councillor and the Mayor with a copy of my previous "blog" and as of yet, I have not received even one response. Previous Mayor Linda Jackson has left so I looked forward to a response from the new Mayor Mr. Rosati. It seems that the politicians in the City of Vaughan are more interested in property values than the lives of the children and adults who elected them to office. I have no doubt when they received my email they ran directly to their legal department for advice and were told "say nothing"....."Goodhead is a nobody and he will go away!".

The facts are that the residents of Vaughan are living in a toxic zone which will dramatically affect their children. Knowing this, they are now murdering their own children to keep their property values high. In a limited way I can understand the governments of Canada, Ontario and Toronto being apathetic to this tragedy because it does not affect their families but, I do not understand the people of Vaughan.

I fight for their children and they in turn do nothing. Money it seems means more to them then their sons and daughters. In the future every time they take their child to the doctor they will cringe awaiting the inevitable, unpreventable lethal prognosis. People have always disgusted me, myself included, but the people of Vaughan are a whole new breed!!!

Children murdered in the City of Vaughan

Due to an uninformed reporter's (Jenny Yeun) front page article in the Toronto Sun regarding the construction of a Keele Sports Center next to the KeeleValley Landfill site, I have reopened my blog.

The huge block of land in the City of Vaughan (Maple) bordered by Major MacKenzie, Keele , Dufferin and areas north of Teston Road is a CAULDRON of heavy metals and cancer causing agents. These toxic materials were dumped illegally in the 1950's, 60's and 70's by Norman Goodhead while President of Disposal Services Company, 55 Fenmar Drive, Weston, Omtario. This company has now been sold to Waste Management.

Norman Goodhead owned the Disposal Dump next to the old Vaughan Dump in the north west corner of the above described toxic area. He owned Superior Crawford Sand and Gravel Co. in the center of the area and what is today the land occupied by the Eagle's Nest Golf Course. You should note that most of Toronto garbage was dumped at the Disposal Site and neither it nor the Vaughan site had any protective liner or any other protection procedures to insure protection of the existing aquifer. The only clean landfill on this block was built by Metropolitan Toronto in the 1980's. Norman Goodhead sold a part this property to Toronto for waste disposal. Goodhead never revealed to Metro Toronto that he had illegal dumped and buried toxic chemicals on the property.

I will give you one specific source for the contaminates contained in just one of these illegal dumps. Eastman Kodak Polaroid Division at Weston Road and Eglinton hired Norman Goodhead to dispose of highly toxic waste products from their plant containing heavy metals lead and nickel.

I believe their are enough illegally dumped toxic chemicals in the described block to wipe out the population of Vaughan. If the people of Vaughan are growing vegetables, fruit etc in their backyards they are ingesting these contaminates. Dust in the air, grass trees etc. will slowly contaminate the youngsters playing in the city. This will be a slow death and death will be attributed to normal illnesses. Children will be still born or born with mental and physical disabilities.

I wrote everyone i.e. Mayor Miller, Bill Blair, Attorney Generals Provincial and Federal, Environment Minister both Provincial and Federal, premier McGuinty, the RCMP and PM Harper registered mail and last but not least Mayor Linda Jackson of the City of Vaughan. She wrote back immediately showing concern and stating that this was a serious matter. Then I received a letter from their legal counsel that they were looking into the matter. I never heard another word.

No government can afford to move the City of Vaughan so they say absolutely nothing about this to the residents. Since people are not dying in the streets, as it takes time for these chemicals to destroy our children and their children, they simply cover the contaminated ground with grass and trees and Sport Centres to beautfy a CAULDRON of death. People are making money on these real estate sales and the residents pay the price.
